The Problem

“Every door in Manufacturing West feels like it opens into poison, bullets, or a dead end.”

⚡ Before You Start

Have Office Sector progression stable enough to return for supplies.
Unlock or reach Manufacturing access through the early route chain.
Recognize that gas, soldiers, and locked rooms require different preparations.

🎒 What to Bring

■Gas Mask for tunnel exposure
■Stun Baton or upgraded melee option
■Crowbar and repair supplies for route flexibility

Prerequisites

  • Have Office Sector progression stable enough to return for supplies.
  • Unlock or reach Manufacturing access through the early route chain.
  • Recognize that gas, soldiers, and locked rooms require different preparations.

Recommended Loadout

  • Gas Mask for tunnel exposure
  • Stun Baton or upgraded melee option
  • Crowbar and repair supplies for route flexibility

Common Mistakes

  • 1.Spending too long in gas or tunnel areas without a clear objective.
  • 2.Fighting ranged pressure in open lanes instead of forcing enemies around cover.

The Problem

Every door in Manufacturing West feels like it opens into poison, bullets, or a dead end.

The Solution

From the Office elevator, push through Maintenance Tunnels quickly — do not loot every hazardous corner. Follow the main road into the vehicle storage lanes, then turn toward Blacksmith's Garage. Bring a Stun Baton (see weapon guide) for soldiers, a wooden shield for ranged pressure, a gas mask if you linger in tunnels, and a crowbar for shortcut vents. The forklift (see forklift guide) door entrance requires a Power Cell from Flathill — insert it and the door slowly rises. Grab the two Construction Lights on the opposite side; they are the best spotlights in the game. Open the Security Door shortcut (right from elevator, down the hall) to create a fast path back to Cafeteria. Talk to The Blacksmith for the Keypad Hacker Tier 2 and Tram (see tram guide) Station Key blueprint. Once the tram is operational, you can travel without sneaking past enemies.

Step-by-Step

  1. Leave Office with a specific Manufacturing objective, such as Blacksmith access or Level 2 progress.
  2. Move quickly through Maintenance Tunnels instead of looting every hazardous corner.
  3. Use the main industrial road and storage lanes to orient toward garage routes.
  4. Handle soldier pressure with corners, shields, or stun windows rather than open trades.
  5. Open shortcuts on the return path so the next Manufacturing run starts faster.

Common Mistakes

  • Spending too long in gas or tunnel areas without a clear objective.
  • Fighting ranged pressure in open lanes instead of forcing enemies around cover.
